Buyer never paid or even responded to me

Question

Should ebay give me back my listing fees? and what recourse do I have? Bidder bid $3K on a $5K watch and never paid or contacted me? 20 years on ebay and never seen this behavior

If the buyer does not pay within 4 days, the seller can file a cancellation for Buyer Did Not Pay. That will record an unpaid transaction on the buyer's account. Two of those, and most sellers BLOCK bids and purchases from buyers with 2 or more unpaid transactions. That block will last for 12 months until there is only 1 unpaid transaction remaining.

@coldasicce When you cancel the sale as @disneyshopper advised, then eBay will refund the final value fee.
