Buyer never paid; now says item (that I never mailed) is defective!!!
I cancelled transaction. How should I handle this scammer and should I even respond to their complaint email?

·1 year agoIf they just sent you a message, politely explain they must have you confused with another seller, and if they continue to harass you about it, add them to your blocked buyers list (you might want to do that anyways).
