Buyer never paid and I never shipped the item. But EBAY still lists it as sold.
The buyer never paid for one of the items that I have for sale and I never shipped the item. But EBAY still lists the item as sold and count the sale amount in my amount sold. I cannot find a way to contact EBAY to get this problem fixed. Any suggestions on how to get it removed from my number of items sold and total dollar amount sold? The buyer claimed to buy the item over a month ago. And EBAY can no longer find the listing --- clicking on the listing just gives me the "we've looked everywhere but can't find this listing" message.

Did you cancel the sale with the reason "Buyer did not pay"? eBay would need you to let them know the Buyer did not pay and the sale was not completed. Buyers have four days to pay, to the minute. If four full days have passed, you can safely cancel the sale and relist.
