Hopefully by now you have cancelled the transaction due to "buyer didn't pay".
Place the non-paying buyer on your Blocked Buyer List:

·3 years agoPut thi defaulting member's ID on your Blocked Bidder List. That stops them from ever buying from you again.
Cancel this current purchase with a nonpayment strike on the 5th day by canceling their purchase with the reason "buyer hasn't paid".
Block future purchases by all eBayers with at least 2 Unpaid Item Strikes in the last 12 months.
