Buyer never paid
Why was the buyer able to get away with not paying for a bid he won? I waited 4 days he never responded to my messages and when I cancelled the order it didnt give me a option for buyer hasnt paid.

Mentor2 years agoYou must wait until after the 4 days have fully passed (96 hours) before you will see the option "buyer didn't pay".

·2 years agoIn my opinion based on the language eBay used it is more than 96 hours, it is 4 full calendar days, so the option to cancel for non-payment doesn't come up until after the 5th midnight Pacific Time.
And if you send out an invoice, the time starts again. Remember the day something happens that time runs from is day 0, not day 1 (e.g. why the Twenty-FIRST century began January 1, 2001, not 2000).
