Buyer needs to pay for shipping again.

Question

My buyer entered the wrong address and the item was sent back. He would like me to resend to the correct address but I need him to pay for shipping again. How can I send another invoice for just the shipping, or how can he pay me again? The item is marked and paid and complete in the ebay system.

@sensorboy You can ask for the buyers email address and send a PayPal invoice. You are allowed to share contact info after a recent sale. Or the buyer can send you the $ to pay to ship the item again using an electronic payment method. You can buy the shipping label on Pirateship.com as they do charge the same price as eBay.

This is not considered an offsite sale since the transaction already took place.

If you have trouble sharing contact info in eBay messages you do have the buyers phone number in the Order Details and can text them.
