buyer needs to change address

buyer contacted me and needs to change her address. she says it tells her to contact seller. as seller how do I resolve this

There are FIVE addresses to edit/update.

Then file a Cancellation for the order due to Problem with buyer's address. Relist the item and send the item number to your buyer. Buyer repurchases the item, pays for it, and you should then be able to send to her updated SHIP TO address.
