Buyer name & shipping address ships item to a Agent that then ships item freight to Foreign Country
I sold a Lot of 16 pieces to a buyer. the buyer paid and I shipped the item USPS. I track packages I sell so I know when a buyer receives the item. I was tracking this one buyers item and the last entry by USPS was that the item had been given to agent for final delivery. After 10 days I got concerned and thought that the USPS courier had lost the item. Realizing at that time that this buyer had given a wrong name and shipping address, I then reported the buyer to Ebay, canceled the order, and buyer got the refund. I then did a missing mail request with the USPS. I got a email from USPS today states as follows: basically states that the buyer name and shipping address on Ebay delivers a item to a Agent at a freight company that then receives the USPS mailed item and the item ships to a Foreign Country. Which means that the buyer will get the item plus the buyer already got the refunded money too. How do I resolve this with Ebay to either get my money for the item or have Ebay contact the buyer and tell the buyer to ship the item back to me? Please help[ someone
