The buyer would have to pay the shipping costs.
Cancel the transaction due to "problem with buyer's address". Then you can relist the item so the buyer can repurchase the item using the correct shipping address.

OP1 year agook I deleted the previous order and re- listed the item. Is the buyer entitled to a refund of the previous purchase?
