Buyer moved and there is no forwarding address? What do I do?
USPS returned the item because the buyer moved, and there is no forwarding address. What do I do?
If I contact them and they want the item, how does the buyer pay for the label?

If the item has been returned to you, you can refund the Buyer minus original shipping. Then eBay will credit you for most of your selling fees for that sale. You can then relist it. Then contact the Buyer to let them know the item was returned and you issued a refund and relisted. They can buy it again when they update their address.
