Buyer misused the returns procesx
The buyer was found to be missing the returns process. Tr case was decided in my favor. eBay says it will protect against bad reviews for this kind of thing yet let te negative review stay up and still charged me for the return shipping label even though it was decided in my favor? Why?

How did eBay say the case was closed in your favor? Via the return request or did an agent say it.
