Buyer misunderstood my listing.
Hello out there -
I am an occasional eBayer with a few items for sale. I listed a vintage item as one of a set. In the description I said "I have six of these and will sell them individually or as a set." The details show that only 1 was being sold. The buyer misunderstood and thought they were getting the set of six for the price of one and has contacted me to say how upset they are. What should I do?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Mentor2 years ago@suzette.dawson You made a mistake in your listing. NEVER show or mention items that are not included in the listing as it's considered misleading.
Tell the buyer you are sorry for the mistake as you are an occasional seller that is still learning. Have them file a return request for item not as described. They return the mug that they did receive and you issue a refund.
