what to do when a buyer received an item and says part of it is missing even though the item in question was intact?

Mentor8 months agoThe short answer is: There is really nothing you can do.
If the buyer has opened a return request, complete the return request and accept the return.
You can't prove it was included and the buyer does not have to prove it is missing to open a return and get a refund.
Have they opened a claim or just contacted you through messages?
