Buyer making false claims against you
How do you handle a buyer who is stealing from you? I sold some Pyrex dishes with lids that were in perfect condition and I bubble wrapped them very well. There is no way the post office chipped one of the lids and the buyer even said that there was no glass chip in the package. The buyer is claiming I sent a lid that was not as I described it. Now they put in a return request. How do we protect ourselves from a buyer who keeps the perfect lid you sent them and sends back the broken lid they already had, since Ebay does not protect sellers.
