Mentor10 months agoIf the buyer filed a Return Request with a valid reason per the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, you will be required to approve the return request, provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a refund when the item is delivered to you. OR you can refund without requiring the buyer return the item.
