Buyer Makes Offers Multiple Items
I am a relatively new seller and received an offer for 2 items plus combined shipping. I accepted their offer and mentioned I've never done combined shipping but would be happy to do free shipping on one of two items by just revising. I did so, let them know and they didn't buy both items just one....of course it was the free shipping item, not the pair as requested with their offer. I understand I as a seller need to know how to do combine shipping but I accommodated them with maybe an unorthodox but not an "against any rules" way and I feel really taken advantage of.
I sell BUY IT NOW. How do I do combined shipping?

First and so that you know for the future, eBay's offer process NEVER includes shipping, that is the eBay policy on Offers.
If items are Unpaid you can send an invoice and adjust the shipping cost.
If items are paid for do the following:
-The items will be in your Awaiting shipment - print shipping label file. Use the check box beside the items to be combined.
-At the top of the list is a Shipping drop down menu and you select Print shipping labels
-The checked items will be opened on the Bulk label page, use the check box at the top of the list to check all items then click the Combine button.
-Over on the right side of the page you update the package weight, size and shipping method (if required) and then review and pay in the upper right hand corner of the page.
-If you want a receipt it is a secondary print function on the Bulk label page.
-After you ship you can always send the Buyer a refund for the shipping overage they paid. Use the drop down menu on the left side of the item(s) AFTER they ship and select Send refund near the bottom of the list of choices. It is a multi-page process to complete the refund.

I believe I know the answer to this but have to ask. No matter how many messages and interest a Buyer has, until that official OFFER/ACCEPT/PAID happens, they aren't bound by anything to follow through? Just words.
