Buyer made purchase by wants to cancel order. I am willing to cancel it for him, however, it looks like eBay will charge me some of the fees if I agree to cancel it for them. Is that correct?

Your account has $98.85 in it, so $16.87 will be charged to your credit card. That totals $115.74 + $19.26 for the FVF that is credit back to you equals the $135.00 to the buyer.
