buyer made offer. I accepted. Sent three invoices. Buyer didn't ever contact or pay after 11 days
On 6/4 the member gave an offer approximately 17% off of my listed price. It was item 265 036 589 969. I sent a total of 3 invoices, the last of which was 6/8. The buyer never contacted me, nor did he pay. I do not want to pay Ebay fees for him not holding up to his part of a contract. I tried to do negative feedback, but was not allowed to. I could not find where I could get my selling fees refunded

When a buyer does not pay, cancel the transaction after 4 days of non-payment have passed, specify "buyer didn't pay".

All unpaid items are recorded on a buyer's account. Buyers who have excessive unpaid items, or canceled transactions, may have limits imposed, or lose their buying privileges.
Place the non-paying buyer on your Blocked Buyer List:

OP3 years agoThank you, but I cannot find the more actions prompt. I did get to the seller hub, I did tap on orders, but I cannot at all find the more actions prompt so I cannot cancel this order until I find the Noel or the more actions prompt. Thank you.
