Buyer made offer but no option to select Local Pickup
I had a buyer contact me and said she went to make an offer, wanted Local Pickup (which I gave as an option), but it kept calculating shipping and there was no place for her to select local pickup in the Offer. I chatted with Support who said I had two options: have her pay the shipping and refund her, or change my listing to Local Pickup only. Neither of these is ideal. Ultimately she paid the shipping and I refunded her, she picked up the item, I manually marked it as “shippedâ€, but it’s never going to show as delivered. There’s got to be a better way. Is this a system glitch with Offers with a local Pickup?
