Buyer made false claim calling it FAKE
I am an authorized seller for the brand. Since the product sold without a box(mentioned in the listing), I sold it for super cheap. I have invoices and other documents to prove that the product was not fake. The buyer left me negative feedback and it has drastically affected my sales. As usual, eBay did take the buyer's side and did not remove the feedback. What can be done here?
