Hello, one of my buyers had brought a product for $95, and then marked it as not delivered, but then it arrived next day & the buyer marked it as delivered etc, but eBay still proceeded to take $95 out of my account, and now all of my current sold items are paying that cost & losing a lot of profit. The buyer wonâ€™t reply to me and I havenâ€™t heard from eBay yet either, what do I do? Thank you
