    Buyer made a counter offer which I accepted now he wants me to include things not on the original
                     

    I accepted buyer counter offer but note he’s asking me to include things not part of the original listing and hedging IF he’s going to buy it…. Hasn’t he made a commitment to buy when he made an offer?
