Buyer lying and ebay customer service isn't working
I'll a summary as short as I can.
A buyer bought 3 cards from me. In title and description it says the card is between lightly played and near mint. I put in the description that I do this because the cards appear near mint to me, but in case there is something I miss, it could be lightly played. I also put that the cards are put into a sleeve, then top loader, and other for protection. Each card is worth $70. I don't do returns because card prices fluctuate so if they want to return the card because the card dropped in price I wouldn't allow that. And that is what happened, the card is much less now. Also, I have had it where people have returned to me either the wrong card, a fake card, damaged card, ect. Returns aren't worth the trouble so ebay gives the options of not allowing returns which I opt for. But this guy is claiming that cards are damaged, that they have creases, and extremely heavy damage on the sides of all the cards, and basically more along those lines. He also claims I shipped it wrong, saying that cards get damaged being put into a sleeve and top loader, which again, it said in the description before he boought it. The worst part is he sent 6 photos of the cards, front and back, and they have no damage or creases on them, they are completely clean. Despite opting for no returns, this return request only gives 2 options of "accepting return" or giving "partial refund". I am not going to lose $200 because the buyer is clearly lying. I am to speak to ebay customer service, but something is up with the site, where I can't reach any communication page, or some others. Does anyone have suggestions.
Also, here are the photos THEY sent claiming heavy damage over all three cards, and creases.

Mentor4 months agoWhen a buyer opens an "Item not as described" case you must accept the return and pay the return shipping charges. If you do not then eBay will give you a defect on your account and force a refund and allow the buyer to keep the items. You only have three business days to do this before the buyer can ask eBay to step in and force the refund. So you need to accept this return and once you have the cards back and have given the refund you can report the buyer for misusing the Money Back Guaranty. You do not get any money back but the buyers account is marked. If they do this a lot they will lose their ability to use the guaranty.

OP4 months agoSo even though they are clearly lying, I am going to lose $200 because ebay won't look at the pictures they provided and see they are lying? I am just SOL over ebay not wanting to just actually LOOK at the case.
