Buyer lying about condition to cancel sale
A buyer asked to cancel an order after I already mailed the item, so I could not do so. Now they are lying about the condition of the item to force a refund. The clothing item was authenticated after my shipment and prior to delivery, so the buyer is clearly lying.
Are they really going to get away with this nonsense? I have proof of their request to cancel in message chain and item quality was authenticated by eBay. This is a waste of my time and money and an abuse of the platform.

Authentication does correlate with condition of the item.
