Buyer looking for item from 2 yrs ago

Any ideas? What do I do with a buyer that has an item they purchased from me. As looks like there is no info I can access as to their address is blank and tracking looks outside of US it shows partially shipped.

I have never seen this ever and thought I always check to make sure items delivered. Anyway it shows partially shipped which Iâ€™m guessing has no tracking after US. Anyway post office said they have no tracking on item. Anyone have anything like this?

I would gently explain to the buyer that you do not have access to any information that might help him. You can't see the tracking details after about 6 months, or the order details after 90 days.

It is much too late for him to file a claim through eBay, or even with his card issuer.
