Buyer listed a wrong address

Hello all. Just want to ask. What do I do if a buyer purchased an item but the item was sent back to me because the buyer has the wrong apt number listed. Who would pay for the shipping fee this time?

When the item comes back to you, you can issue a refund for the item price (not including shipping if stated as a separate cost). If the buyer still wants the item, you can relist it so he can repurchase it with the correct address. Remind him to use the Change link to edit the address during checkout before submitting payment.

So to answer directly, the buyer pays for the shipping fee this time and eats the cost of the failed shipment from the first transaction.
