Buyer lied about being in the US. Package is at a post office with no one to pick it up. Help!
Buyer purchased item and it shipped to address in Utah. She lied that her relative at that address lost the signature slip to verify delivery. Then proceeded to tell me said relative is also not in the US and is repeatedly asking for help.
I have no idea where the package is anymore and she claims the relative will go there and pick it up somehow. This is very shady and I have no idea how to proceed or if I do anything at all- I also risk bad feedback as a seller now from an international buyer as I explicitly show that I do not ship internationally.
