Buyer left positive feedback - "items received" then submits claim
I have one buyer who has requested 3 refunds for coins he purchased. Each order he has left positive feedback "received " or "fast shipping". The Ebay standard shipping for coins shows no delivery but his feedback all says he has received these coins! Looks like he is using ebay standard shipping to claim the orders were NOT received. I've given him 3 refunds for these coins to appease Ebay!
