Buyer left me a positive feedback but the description text is all negative.
The buyer talks about a return and a refund that was never issued but I never talked to the buyer about a refund. I have no idea what they are talking about.

"Worst seller I’ve ever dealt with in 16 years. Complete scam do not buy. They offer returns for free and then when you return, they only give you partial refunds. Keep the rest of the money and relist the product. Rinse and repeat scam. How they have such a high rating for scamming people like this is beyond me unless it’s all fake. They have not purchased "multiple slabs" from me, only 1. They never returned anything. They never requested a refund.
I want to get this feedback removed because it obviously does not correctly reflect my business practice but the automatic eBay prompts only let me click on neutral or negative feedback.

Mentor1 month agoYou can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding. Include your name, ebay user ID, email address. Someone will contact you in a couple of days.
