Buyer left me an unfair NEUTRAL feedback unfairly
The buyer left me an unfair NEUTRAL feedback claiming one of the coins, a 1964-D Kennedy half dollar in a complete set was of a P-Mint instead of a D-Mint. Apparently he is not aware that the D is on the reverse. He also complained I took too long to ship the set, even though I shipped the set well within the 5 day shipping service I posted . I also notified him he’s welcome to return the set for a full refund. I sold hundreds of sets over the year with no complaints.
How to deal with this? Any suggestions?

Mentor2 years agoA neutral will not affect your account. However, you can calmly reply to it for others to see under his comments.
P.S. Five day handling is a long time here on ebay, whether you state it in your listing or not.
