So, one thing that may have triggered the Seller to leave Negative Feedback and "demanding" a return label probably stems from you using the No return policy. Buyers who are not familiar with the eBay MBG (Money Back Guarantee) may feel like they have NO RECOURSE if they perceive an issue on a transaction. They get angry and slap down a Neg FB without hesitation. You should consider Accepting returns in the future and become familiar with eBay Seller protections: Seller protections | eBay
Has that Buyer left a lot of Neg FB for Sellers?
I would suggest messaging them to file a return and you will accept it and issue them a return label and get the shoes back and then refund. You can use the Report Buyer link on the sold item if they have abused the return process. They can always file a claim for "does not match pictures or description" (whether true or not) and force you to pay for a return label.
If you fight the return eBay will side with the Buyer, refund them from your account, let them keep the shoes and give your account a strike for not resolving a problem on a transaction ... nothing good in there for the Seller.

OP5 months agoThanks for all the valuable advise, I reported the buyer to eBay and now administration stepped in to resolve this unfair issue. They want the buyer send the item back to me without my return label, also let me wait until I receive the item back and check on it just to make sure it is the right item from the buyer. I will definitely process a refund when everything is ok at the end. However, I still carrying the negative feedback on my file, and I have no idea how to let eBay remove it for me. Any idea on how to do it?

Mentor5 months agoeBay probably won't remove it, you can send the buyer a revision after everything is all settled.

The first thing you is use the Report Buyer link on the sold item to alert eBay of an issue, even though you have spoken to them still file that report then wait to see what happens on the return.
Sellers can send 5 Feedback revision requests to Buyers per year BUT only one per transaction. That is one option if you work things out with a Buyer who has left you Neutral or Negative Feedback. In your case that may or may not work but you do that after the refund. Of course if you withhold money because of a bogus return the Buyer will probably not agree to revise the Feedback. The revision process works if both parties agree. But if the Buyer does NOT agree to revise a Feedback then do NOT send a revision request. There is a link on the Buyer's Feedback to send the form, the Buyer would have 10 days to complete it.
After the refund you can also try this link to see if eBay will remove the Feedback but again, don't try this now, let the return play out: Request to remove feedback
