Buyer keeps saying they are sending return shipping package
Summary: alcl-8175 bought an incorrect engine and tried to cancel the order shortly after, but it was shipped anyway. After difficulties in communication, the seller agreed to a return but mentioned a $600 shipping cost, leading to confusion about the financial outcome of the return. alcl-8175 sought help understanding the situation, with advice from eastlaneave on how to open a Return Request, though efforts to purchase return shipping were unsuccessful. The discussion concludes with alcl-8175 seeking clarity on whether a return label costing $600 was indeed issued.
Engine was bought that was incorrect for vehicle I was looking to fix . tried to cancel order within about hour,it shows up at September 1 , the next day. IT ships anyway. I asked for returning shipping package then I'm told it will arrive by 9/4 on 9/5 I contacted seller again with no answer for few days and resolved with they will send one but the shipping cost would come out of that. Which I excepted next they respond with "why would I take a $600 for you to return it
Engine sold for 660 , I'm not great with math but that means they made $60 selling a engine. Help me make sense of this.
