Buyer keeps creating new IDs
I have a buyer with a very suspicious user id and has been a member since 2018 with no feedback at all. I cancelled the order after the buyer did not reply to a few questions I had (making me more skeptical). The cancellations went through and I blocked the buyer. The buyer created a new ID today, and yet again used buy it now to purchase my item. It's a 300 dollar item that I don't want to get screwed over. What do I do?
