Was it the Glitz and Glam brush set Trendy New Limited 30 Piece Set sold on December 27 or the Pic Nic Vinyl sold on December 28? When you say it was packaged well how exactly was it packaged?
I'm curious, your lists show you do not accept returns, is there a reason that you don't? That is not protection against Buyers returning items because eBay has several reasons that force a return, force you to pay the return shipping and you have to refund in full once you get the item back.

OP1 year agoHey, so it was the Pic Nic Vinyl. The buyer received it today, and sent me photos the box was damaged and the vinyl was broken. I wrapped the vinyl itself in bubble wrap, added bubble inside the box and filled it with some paper as well. In a small box. I can accept returns didn't realize it said that. How do I go about changing that on listings?

When you create a listing on a PC the setting is towards the bottom of the listing tool ... eBay's Default is No returns accepted, 2 Day handling and Offers are turned ON ... none of those settings I use at all.
The No returns accepted ONLY applies to a remorse return, meaning the Buyer changed their mind. eBay has a list of reasons that bypass that setting and force the Seller to pay for a return label and refund in full when they get the item back. I use 30 Day Free returns and it helps take advantage of eBay's Seller protections that you can read about here: Seller protections | eBay
Buyers are all protected by eBay's Money Back Guarantee so eBay so No returns does not mean No refunds ...

Ask the buyer for photos of the item and the package, then refund the buyer. File a claim with the shipper - labels expect media mail include $100 of coverage, more if you paid for it.
If sent usps other than media mail, file the claim at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
