buyer issues
Summary: dnsrmpl_2 expressed frustration over issues with a buyer who claimed a Jade necklace was plastic, which led to an automatic refund by eBay. The buyer later purchased another jewelry set from dnsrmpl_2 but was dissatisfied with the chain and requested a partial refund. dnsrmpl_2 decided to offer a full refund upon return and considered blocking the buyer to prevent further issues.
Hello I am having a issues with a buyer I do my best to be honest research disclose everything about what Im selling this buyer bought a Jade necklace unlike most of my items this necklace was a gift my father gave to me in the 80s. He told me it was Jade. The clasp was 14 k gold marked when she got it she contacted eBay and told them that it was plastic and it had air bubbles in it so they refunded her money before I even had a chance to ok the refund which is fine ..meanwhile she wanted another 14 karat gold ruby diamond necklace and earrings set and I had it listed for 199. I gave it to her for 150. There’s pictures of it. I sent her pictures of the back separately private messages and she you can see the chain clearly in the pictures. it’s a dainty chain. I didn’t have any problems with it, but when she received it today, she messaged me and said she was very disappointed with the chain because as soon as she put it down, it tangled all up and she wanted me to refund her $80 or she wanted to return it. I just told her to return it and I would refund her money. I’m thinking I would like to block her so she doesn’t buy any more of my stuff. What do you guys think? I have not had problems like this for anyone and it’s just frustrating to me to have someone tell me that I know that that was Jade. It’s not plastic in any case.
