Buyer isn’t responding and I’m waiting for them to pick up their item
So I sold an item. I then required a signature so the buyer gets their item. They haven’t picked up their item and they aren’t responding to my messages. What should I do? eBay says I will get paid when it gets delivered but it hasn’t been delivered… what do I do to get my money? Seems like a fluke on eBay’s system.

·1 year agoIf the buyer doesn't pickup the item the Post office will return it to you.
FYI signature is only required for sales of $750 or more .
Below that buyers aren't expecting to have to sign.

OP1 year agoI forgot to mention it’s been 6 days since it said it will be redelivered. April 17th. The buyer isn’t responding. Is it possible they got their item and the usps didn’t update the status? Am I never going to get paid?!

OP1 year agoNow it says my funds have been released from the hold but when I try to look at them and deposit them it says there is a hold on them at a different spot within eBay. eBay is such a pain and I’m never using it again to sell anything on…it should not be this difficult.
