Buyer is wanting a discount on radio that worked

I have a video of the radio working before I shipped it but was unable to load when I initially listed it as this is the first time I have started selling on EBay. The seller received the radio and says AM is not working and wants a discount, but the radio was in excellent condition and worked fine. The only option to provide to the seller is a photo and not a video.

If you want to send the video, you will have to get the buyer's email address to be able to do that. The other option is to accept the return, pay for return shipping, and refund when you get the item back. Then you can relist the item using a desktop computer and upload your video showing the radio works.
