Buyer is trying to scam me the seller with a fake email confirmation

Hi, a buyer is trying to scam me wth a fake sale confirmation. The buyer still has three more days to pay. I'm wondering how to contact someone at eBay. I reported the buyer, but I want to contact a representative at eBay. How can I do that? Am I just going to have to wait until this period is over to cancel the sale?
