BUYER IS SO STUPID HE COULDN"T READ THE LISTING TITLE/LOOK AT PIC/READ THE DESCRIPTION

Ebay refunded buyer his WHOLE AMOUNT - after I had to pay listing fees and because he was so stupid and couldn't read that the item was for ONE SHOE ONLY - in the listing/the picture and the description and he demanded that I sent only one shoe DUH!!!~!!!@! and so he demanded a refund and ebay granted that wish WITHOUT ME HAVING ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT....and I sent TWO messages to EBAY with how this buyer got EXACTLY AS I LISTED....and so now it COST ME MONEY to have to give him back his full amount - WHERE IS MY REFUND FOR A LISTING FEE EBAY????????

NOT FAIR ---- sounds like everyone that BOO HOOs get a trophy even when they lie or just lazy

@salesfromillinois Your listing was an auction for 2 left shoes. You showed a picture of 2 left shoes. The buyer should have received 2 left shoes. Never show or MENTION that there is more of an item than you are selling in the auction listing.

Auctions are ALWAYS for all items in the listing.

That said... I personally never sell anything on eBay that can possibly cause a buyer confusion OR if it's not in good condition.

Sorry that this was a hard lesson for learning how eBay selling and providing customer service as a sales person works.
