Buyer is showing me shipping details screenshot that is different from the one I am seeing
Hi,
Someone just purchased an item from me and they are from Thailand but the shipping address shown to me when I try to purchase the USPS label is Illinois, USA. So I reached out to them to confirm it as I was suspicious. I got a reply from the buyer that the shipping address should be Thailad and shared a screenshot showing a different amount for shipping they paid (they show $75 vs I see $6).
Now I am trying to find someone at eBay to help with this but I don't see any option to reach a real human.
What are my options in this case?

Your listing offers eBay International Shipping.
That means you pay to ship to the US hub that reships the item to the buyer. The buyer pays the full shipping cost. You pay for just the portion to the first stop.
