Buyer is sending mad messages.
I had a tool listed for sale.
In my description it says only shipping to the continental US thru USPS.
Buyer makes an offer, and I accept.
Then, I see where the shipping is blank.
It so happens that the buyer is in Australia, and USPS doesn't ship there.
Apparently, the calculator has refigured with another carrier.
Now the buyer is claiming that I changed the shipping to make up for his offered price.
He keeps sending messages that I'm trying to rip him off.
I can't find anywhere to contact eBay about this.

That item does ship to Australia, using ebay International Shipping, where you will be shipping to a hub (Glendale Heights, IL or others) using USPS, and once received, they prepare the customs form and send onto your buyer.
