Buyer is saying that she can't access the battery compartment, but we tested it twice, no problem!

Question

Hi - I have a buyer that is saying an item's battery compartment cannot be accessed and said the screws are stripped! We tested here twice before sending it out, it worked just fine.

I have a no return policy, but I think eBay provides some kind of protection for the buyer?

How do I handle this? It's not fair for me to have to refund her, since it worked well here. I would lose money! Please help. Thanks!
