Buyer is saying after months that the brand new authenticated Jordans i sold him are coming apart

Hi all, i received a message from the buyer of deadstock jordans that the sneaker which were never worn and were authenticated and given an ok the sole is coming apart after he wore them for the first time. what is the process for this type of thing? Ive never had a problem like this.

@iscableu12 They could have abused the shoes, or the shoes could have dry rot depending on how they were stored before or after purchase.

You can deny the refund request since it's over 30 days from the date of delivery.
