Buyer is returning item but I declinded the return he is saying the item didnt match the discription
I had an item sell and the buyer and I were in communication about the item. He knew he was receiving a TR300 but he wanted a TR600. The title of my listing said TR600 but my description where it gave a detailed description of the item and it's condition clearly said TR300 as well as my photos. They closed the case and issued a full refund and I don't believe that is fair. Since he actually commented on the fact he was going to return it because it was the TR300. Also on ebay's policy they only refer to the description not the title.

OP1 year agoAll 4 photos show it's clearly a 300 the buyer already had a 600 so he would no what that looks like. He also stated that when he contacted me and in my description I talk multiple times about tr600 but not one time in my description did I mention even the number 600

The title is part of the listing.
The Ebay help page regarding the Return Request process says the following:
"When the item received by the buyer doesn't match the listing"
https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/ebay-money-back-guarantee-policy/ebay-money-back-guarantee-policy?id=4210#section3
EDITED TO ADD: In the Item Specifics on the listing page, the MPN you indicated that the item was a TR600.
