Buyer is returning an item without starting a return
Item was not as described per buyer and I have a no return policy. However, eBay's guarantee entitles the buyer to return the item, which I advised the buyer to do. The buyer claims they are unable to initiate a return thru eBay and thus are returning the item without the return in place. Can I cancel the order FATER the item was paid for, however returned? I cannot get an agent thru the automated chat and it's an endless loop. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Mentor1 year agoYes, once the item is returned to you, you can still refund the buyer from the drop down menu next to the item.
