Buyer is requesting a refund with tracking saying delivered?
Tracking has item Delivered buyer claims they didn't receive it ... The item total was $60 I paid shipping cost with tracking that has item delivered same day buy puts a claim for refund what do I do

Click into the claim, and upload the tracking number that shows the item was delivered. I know this is the thing to do, but I haven't actually had to do it myself – not yet, anyway, knock wood – so I can't get any more specific than that. I suggest that you copy/paste the number, to ensure you don't make any typos.
