My buyer purchased 5 cassette tapes separately at $4.99 each. He was charged $5.41 shipping for each cassette, bringing his total to $10.41 x 5 for a grand total of $52.05. He included the note â€œcombined shipping?â€. I chose the combined shipping option and packaged the tapes together with one shipping label. Buyer has received the tapes but is requesting a refund for the extra shipping cost.

If you are willing, you can issue the buyer a partial refund.

Locate the order in Seller Hub. https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord
From the dropdown menu, select Send refund.
Choose a reason for the refund.
Specify a refund amount for the item or for the order.
Enter the desired refund amount, and select Send refund.
