Buyer is reporting seller registration issues and asking for my personal email.

I show no errors in registration and the buyer is reporting that they need my personal email address to complete payment. Is this normal?

NO, not normal. Do NOT comply. Do not communicate with the buyer.

After 4 days of non-payment have passed, cancel the transaction specify "buyer didn't pay".

In Seller Hub, go to Orders.
Find the order you want to cancel, and from More actions, select Cancel order.
Select "buyer didn't pay" as the reason for the cancellation and then select Submit to finish.
