Buyer is not picking up their order at USPS
A buyer bought a product on my store on Jan 16th 2026. (2 weeks ago at this point in time)
I shipped the order, anddd the buyer requested for the package to be held at their local USPS.
normally I wouldn’t think much of this. Buyers tend to pick up their order within 1-2 days. Unfortunately this is not what happened for this order.
I have messaged the buyer requesting them to share an update with me or to pick up the order at USPS, but no response.
what should I do?

Mentor8 months agoAll you can do is to send the buyer another reminder to pick up the package. Let the buyer know that if she does not pick up the package, it will be returned to you, and if that happens, she will be refunded the item price only.

OP8 months agoThe buyer responded to my message a few minutes ago. They stated that they picked up the order already. According to them they picked it up a day after it arrived at their post office.
that means the tracking hasn’t been updated since the order was picked up
