Buyer is not picking up item
Shipped an item a month ago from Belgium to Poland.
Polish postal services tried delivery twice and left a note.
I've send messages to buyer saying his item is waiting on him and with link to tracking.
No response from buyer at all. Meanwhile Ebay is holding my money which is 500$
